We are looking for professionals to join a multinational company in the Information Technologies area.
This position is responsible for driving financial and accounting analysis regarding costs and other financial processes, especially for a business unit of the company.
Função
Reports directly to the Financial Controller and is responsible for:
· Prepare regular cost statements of the business unit projects to the relevant funding bodies, with associated expense documents, accounting information and financial data, including the evidence of monetary flows.
· Supervising & monitoring the reconciliation of some balance sheets accounts;
· Assist in timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
· Assist in maintaining effective internal controls;
· Any other accounting related responsibilities as required by the Financial Controller.
Perfil
· Degree in Economics/Accounting or similar is required;
· Proven capability in Excel;
· Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in financial & auditing positions;
· Experience with business processes and systems should include closing, planning, and forecasting;
· Have an advanced level of English (spoken and written);
· Self-motivated and resourceful;
· Have clear team work skills;
· Demonstration of initiative and proactivity;
· Exceptional interpersonal skills in Integrity & Trustworthiness.
