Função
The purpose of the Technological Specialist position is to provide Microsoft customers with reliable technical solutions to the complex integration problems associated with business solutions built on the Microsoft platform. This role is focused on the Delivery and Operative phases as well as on the Manage Layer of the IT Service. Also, the Technological Specialist has the responsibility to provide strategic vision and guidance for successful implementation of customer solutions through the development of trusted advisor relationships and successful integration of Microsoft products into customer technological infrastructure.
We are looking for professionals with a deep technical expertise in the following areas:
· SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services / Integration Services / Analysis Services
· SQL Server 2008 R2 Database Administration / High Availability / Performance and Scalability
· Performance Point and Power Pivot are considered a plus
Perfil
• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 3+ years of related experience in the enterprise customer arena;
• Fluent in English both written and spoken;
• Strong communication skills;
• Face-to-face customer engagement skills;
• Very good troubleshooting skills in complex business environments;
• Microsoft Certifications (MCTS, MCITP, MCPD);
• ITIL/Service Management experience;
