Our client is one of the biggest Groups in the Insurance Industry.
Função
Reporting to the Investment Accounting Director in Portugal, the main responsibilities of this position are:
Deliver a large and complex project across several countries;
Analyse and discuss project requirements;
Conduct workshops with the business and business analysts;
Technically design the solution;
Participate in the build of the project through configuration and producing functional specifications;
Conduct unit and integration testing;
Support user acceptance testing stages;
Liaise with other teams, local IT teams and 3rd parties as required;
Keep abreast of the new technical developments provided by SAP;
Keep abreast of new requirements in the Group that could impact the Investment Accounting.
Perfil
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related;
Solid experience in SAP configuration (1+ years) predominantly in the Financial Accounting module;
Knowledge of major trading products within financial markets, experience in the bank or insurance industry is considered a plus;
Good communications skills;
Availability to travel within Europe;
Working alongside internal and external suppliers;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Good written and spoken level in other European languages is a plus.
